What forms of payments do you accept?
We currently accept any credit card with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover Network or American Express logo on it unless we are working on a bankruptcy case for you.
Types of payments NOT accepted:
- Electronic cards
- Prepaid
- Gift cards
- Overseas cards
- PayPal
Online Payments:
As mentioned on this page, we cannot accept any credit card payments through our online payment gateway if we are working on your bankruptcy case. However, if you are planning on using your debit card for bankruptcy payments feel free to use our “Online Bill Pay” payment gateway. If we are working on any other case and your attorney has given you the “go ahead” to make payments via our online payment gateway, than feel free to use our easy to use system. We do advise that you send us a quick email to payments@wesbrookslaw.com to ensure that your accounts case is properly credited. To make payments via our online payment gateway, look to the upper right hand side of any of the pages on our website and click “Online Bill Pay”.
Check or Money Order (M.O.):
We accept cashiers checks or money orders, and in some cases we will not accept personal checks*. We will apply this payment to the account indicated as soon as we receive it, but not earlier.

Filing Fees:
- Any filing fee that is taken in by The Wesbrooks Law Firm, PLLC a personal check cannot be used. Instead in the case of a filing fee a Money Order or Cashiers check will need to be given.
- If you are working with us on your bankruptcy case we do not accept credit cards, but we will accept debit cards.
- If you are working with us on your bankruptcy case and need to process a court filing than we will need either a cashiers check or money order.
